How long does it take to print a banner?
We generally quote 5-7 working days to process your banner including delivery to your door.
Can I collect my banner to save delivery charges?
Yes. You’re welcome to collect your new banner from us in Beckenham/ Bromley if you prefer. Collection is available daily from 9am until 7.30pm excluding weekends.
We encourage our customers to call us an hour before collecting to allow us time to finalise the order so it’s ready to go as soon as you arrive.
Are the banners suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. All our banners are printed onto an outdoor durable grade, reinforced PVC. Our inks are industrial grade solvent based. The ink will not run or wash off. We have banners in service that have been outdoors for several years and still look great. Call us for further information.
Do your banners include eyelets?
Yes. All our banners include marie grade, non rusting, brass eyelets. We do not charge extra for hemming banners or eyeletting.
Are the banners hemmed to give them extra strength?
Yes. All our banners include folded sealed hems for additional strength. Unlike many other companies, we do not charge any extra for this service.
Can I have a sample banner?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide sample banners. Our smallest banner is only £19.95 plus postage. We have been established since 2002 and provide banners to many large organisations.
How can I upload my banner design for printing?
We highly recommend emailing your design to us. See our contact page for more details. If the banner design is too large, we recommend using wetransfer.com
