Ordering

 

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time is typically 3 - 5 working days from the date of confirmed payment, artwork & proof approval, but can vary slightly depending on how booked up we are, how large the order is, & whether there's any garment finishing or printing added. We should be able to provide you with a estimated turnaround before placing an order. Rush orders are sometimes available at additional cost, just let us know your deadline before ordering.

If I have a tighter deadline

We often work to tighter deadlines, depending on our workload at the time and the complexity of your requirements, we can give accurate estimates. Do not hesitate to give us a call free on 0118 3488874 to be advised of our current lead times, which can be anywhere between 3 and 10 days.

What do I need to provide, to receive a quote?

If you’d like a quote from us, the quickest way is to use our quote link. Generally we will respond within 24 hours.

If you’d prefer to send an email to redphoto118@gmail.com, please make sure to attach your artwork and specify the garment type/colours that you require (along with a size breakdown – 5x Small, 7x Medium, etc). If you need advise, you can call us on 01183488874. Please note, we cannot provide quotes over the phone.

 I have a particular product in mind, can you source it?

The products we display online are only a very small selection of the products we can source. If you have a particular garment in mind that you can't see it in our catalogue drop us an email & we'll no doubt be able to source it for you!

 

Payment

 

When do you expect payment?

We take payments in advance of printing your order. Lead times begin at receipt of payment. Prompt payment will ensure the fastest possible lead times.

How do I make payment?

Payment instructions are sent with your sales order and demonstration artwork. There are 3 options:

1.       PayPal (using Paypal balance or credit/debit card)

2.       Internet bank transfer (BACS)      Account details will be on invoice

3.       Credit/Debit Card Payment over phone

        Call 01183488874. We do not store card details.

 

After Payment

 

AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

After we receive payment confirmation we will send an email confirming we have processed your order. This usually takes up to a few hours & will contain your estimated delivery date, invoice & proof sheet with your design placed on a t-shirt template. The proof will display the print position, size, ink colours & any other additional information. You have the opportunity to make any changes you need, & then after approval production can start.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR FRONT & BACK PRINTS?

Any additional prints will be charged at extra cost. We have to print each shirt side individually so will be charged as 2 print locations.

ALL OVER PRINTS? (SUBLIMATION)

We can produce all over prints, but these will be sublimated, not screen printed. Our maximum size for screen printing is 40cm x 55cm.

 

Garment Care

 

How do I care for / wash my garments?

We generally recommend these guidelines for garment care:

Wash on low heat 30 degree, cool wash

Wash garment turned inside out

Avoid washing t-shirts with items that have zips

Avoid drying in long periods of direct sunlight

Do not add bleach to the wash

Do not tumble dry after washing

Hang dry

Do not iron print

The instructions above should help the garments last longer and avoid damage.

 

Something Goes Wrong?

 

What happens if is there is an error on the gift when I receive it?

 

If any errors in the personalised details given to us by the customer:

i.e. spelling mistakes in the name or the incorrect date of birth, can be rectified, but will incur a nominalcharge of £5 each for us to re-produce and send out a replacement .

We are very sorry we have to insist on this but it’s due to the time required to re-produce the item and to cover the extra postage and packing costs incurred.

If we have made an error

Please could you contact us ASAP preferably accompanied with a picture of the error along with your item no.  We will send a replacement ASAP, normally this would be sent the same day as we get the notification, if received before 13.00 it will be shipped that day.
Please accept there is still a human element to our service.

Goods arriving damaged

 This is rare but if you could send a picture of the product and it’s packaging would help to solve the problem, email to redphoto118@gmail.com.

I received the wrong item


If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your item number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Faulty item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer care team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.

Colour

The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
